Complimentary Delivery for orders above $90
Free complimentary weekday delivery for purchases $90 and above. Delivery will be made within 2-4 working days. Customers will receive a notification before the date of delivery.
Delivery Charges
We charge $10 for weekday delivery and $20 for weekend delivery, subject to the prevailing GST.
Self Collection
You can also opt for complimentary self collection at The Dark Gallery’s cafe at Great World #01-117/118. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, typically within 2 days of your order.
Storage
Store caramels in a cool dry place away from direct heat sources. Due to Singapore’s warm and humid climate, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator whenever possible. Serve after bringing it to room temperature for about 15 mins for better texture.
Shelf Life
When kept at room temperature, it can be kept for up to 3 days. When refrigerated, caramels can be kept for up to 4 weeks.
Allergens
All our caramels contain dairy. Apart from Toasted Pecan, all of our products do not contain nuts or gluten, although it’s good to note that we produce them in a shared kitchen that handles them.
Halal
We are not halal-certified, but we do not use any pork/lard/alcohol in our products.
Changes to Orders
For changes to your orders, please send us an email at orders@thecaramelier.com. We will try our best to meet your request if the order has not been despatched.
Cancellation of Orders
We typically do not accept any cancellations or refunds of orders once the order is placed and the payment is processed (including double orders by mistake). Although, on a case to case basis, if a refund is made, a charge of 4.5% will be imposed as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment.
