Every single caramel is cooked in small batches to precision to bring about the right texture and taste, left to cool and set, and then individually hand cut and lovingly wrapped by our carameliers.

We only use natural ingredients of the finest quality in the making of our soft caramels. No artificial flavourings, preservatives or additives are added to enhance the product.

FAQs

Free complimentary weekday delivery for purchases $90 and above. Delivery will be made within 2-4 working days. Customers will receive a notification before the date of delivery.

We charge $10 for weekday delivery and $20 for weekend delivery, subject to the prevailing GST.

You can also opt for complimentary self collection at The Dark Gallery’s cafe at Takashimaya Shopping Centre #B2-29. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, typically within 2 days of your order.

Store caramels in a cool dry place away from direct heat sources. Due to Singapore’s warm and humid climate, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator whenever possible. Serve after bringing it to room temperature for about 15 mins for better texture.

When kept at room temperature, it can be kept for up to 3 days. When refrigerated, caramels can be kept for up to 4 weeks.

All our caramels contain dairy. Apart from Roasted Pecan, all of our products do not contain nuts or gluten, although it’s good to note that we produce them in a shared kitchen that handles them.

We are not halal-certified, but we do not use any pork, lard or alcohol in our products.

For changes to your orders, please send us an email at orders@thecaramelier.com. We will try our best to meet your request if the order has not been despatched.

We typically do not accept any cancellations or refunds of orders once the order is placed and the payment is processed (including double orders by mistake). Although, on a case to case basis, if a refund is agreed to be made, a charge of 4.5% will be imposed as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment.
