Suggested pairing - Bourbon Whiskey
Nuts are commonly paired with whiskey, making it a no brainer pairing. This pairing would be a sophisticated pair. The rich, sweet and slightly smoky taste of bourbon matches perfectly with the buttery, nutty pecan. Think about bourbon pecan pie – a Southern classic where the warming notes of bourbon elevate the pecan's crunchiness to a new level of indulgence.

The rich, buttery sweetness of the caramel is a great contrasting flavour to coffee, creating a delicious balance of sweet and bitter notes. Coffee and caramel are both rich flavours, so get ready for a taste explosion! This is best enjoyed in milk-based drinks like the cappuccino, where the fat and creaminess from the milk and the sweetness from the caramel complements each other.
Raspberry Rose
The unexpected balance of fruity and floral; sweet and tart.

Suggested pairing - Oolong Tea
Raspberry, rose and oolong make an unforgettable pairing. The earthy light oolong base pairs beautifully with the delicate flavours of raspberry and rose for a fresh, floral and mellow herbal blend with a long finish. We especially recommend pairing with the Oriental Beauty oolong tea, or Dongfang Meiren, that offers aromas of citrus and florals.
Gula Melaka Coconut
We dreamt of a king of kampung kind of caramel and whipped this up!

Suggested pairing - Kopi-O
Kopi-O, the local word for black coffee, holds a special place in the hearts of Singaporeans. This uniquely Singaporean coffee is derived from Robusta coffee beans that are roasted in margarine and sugar, then filtered through a cloth sock. Its rich bitterness pairs well with the aromatic creamy sweetness of the caramel and elevates it into a luxurious dessert experience.
Earl Grey
If you can use elegance to describe a caramel’s tasting notes, this must be it.
